The volunteers who run the coffee mornings and other events are usually present to submit their ideas and questions to the Trust.
The agenda’s are published here 8 days before the meeting and the draft minutes shortly after the meeting.
Members of the public can attend the meetings and raise questions about matters on the agenda during the Public Participation session, but cannot take part in the Trust meetings themselves unless invited to do so by the person chairing the meeting.
