Full Council Meeting

Residents are welcome to make a representation within a 15 minute window, to ask and answer questions and give evidence in respect of the business on the agenda. This session is directed by the chair of the meeting. Each member of the public can speak for a maximum of 3 minutes.

A question shall not require a response at the meeting nor start a debate on the question. The chair of the meeting may direct that a written or oral response be given.
