Full Council Meeting

Residents are welcome to make a representation, to ask and answer questions and give evidence in respect of the business on the agenda. There is a Public Question, Open Forum time allowed for as part of the agenda that is directed by the chair of the meeting.

A question shall not require a response at the meeting nor start a debate on the question. The chair of the meeting may direct that a written or oral response be given.
